Managing game-Changing projects for a big-league city
The City of Oklahoma City hired ADG Blatt to serve as program consultant for the City’s $777 million MAPS 3 community improvement program.
The program consultant contract is based on the MAPS 3 scope of work over the next ten years. ADG Blatt assists with programming, planning, design review and construction oversight. As program consultant, ADG Blatt helps oversee the design and construction process for each of the eight projects that are part of the MAPS 3 program. Projects range from a new downtown convention center to a 70-acre downtown park, rail-based transit, improvements along the Oklahoma River, State Fair Park improvements, miles of sidewalks and trails and multiple senior wellness centers.
The ADG Blatt-led team includes nationally-acclaimed consultants for transit, park and community buildings, convention and event specialists and cost estimators. Another integral member of the team is local public relations firm Gooden Group/Public Relations, which works with the City of Oklahoma City and ADG Blatt team on public outreach, social media and strategic communications.
