Terra University Apartments

ADG Blatt designed this innovative 303-unit apartment complex for Cornerstone Development (in partnership with the University of Oklahoma Foundation) to bring contemporary living design to Norman. This gated community offers a variety of business development resources for its tenants. Other features include a private parking garage as well as courtyard with fireplaces and gas grills. It also features a two-story clubhouse that includes fitness rooms and a game room. The units were designed with nine-foot ceilings, granite counter tops, full-size washers and dryers and spacious walk-in closets. A variety of apartments includes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The new community is in Norman’s newest and fastest growing retail area, University North Park. Neighbors include University North Park’s Corporate Center (a Class-A office park), the Embassy Suites Convention Center, Westheimer Airport and Legacy Park, the city’s new public park with a bandshell and amphitheater. University North Park’s next phase of mixed use development will put Terra at the center of activity.
