ADG Blatt was hired to build-out a suite of offices for a commercial developer that would serve as a comfortable space for a family-owned business, as well as serve as a showcase for future office and retail tenants on the floors below. The space overlooks Chisholm Creek, an 80-acre development seen as top of the market in this area of the city, so the interiors needed to reflect high design, loads of comfort and ample collaboration space.

The heart of the space centers around the living room that is wrapped on all sides by individual offices. The large breakroom is center stage and provides multiple seating options for small meetings with potential tenants as well as coworkers. One round conference room near the entry features an enormous round table and walls patterned with painted acoustic tiles.
