JC Witcher
JC is a firm principal with expertise in a large variety of project types including housing, healthcare, senior living, ecclesiastical and education projects. With over 29 years of experience in architecture, he is well-versed in nearly all aspects of architectural practice.
JC seeks to inspire and teach great craftsmanship and pride in ADG Blatt’s work, both within the firm and local industry. Aided by his community involvement and knowledge, JC has worked with clients to create better connections to the people they serve by way of great building design. He has a passion for finding practical solutions to historic building restoration and adaptive reuse, as evidenced through his management of the First National Center renovation, the Oklahoma State Capitol rehabilitation and numerous projects in the Bricktown and Downtown areas of Oklahoma City.
JC holds a Bachelor of Architecture with distinction from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to and during college, JC worked numerous jobs in construction and design, and still likes to have a hammer in his hand for Habitat for Humanity or projects at his own home. Having lived in the Oklahoma City area for over 50 years, he has participated in the City’s transformation from the worst days of urban renewal to a thriving place for people. He is especially proud when young people visit Oklahoma City and decide to make it their home.
