HOTELS ANCHOR THE STEELYARD’S REBIRTH

Newcrest Image hired ADG Blatt to design a new hotel at the east end Bricktown, Oklahoma City’s entertainment district. The project site is located at the west end of a mixed-use residential community that was once a steel manufacturing plan called the Steelyard.

The AC Hotel has a contemporary aesthetic while respecting the surrounding red brick warehouse district and complying with the strict design guidelines established by the Bricktown Design Review Board, as well as the strict guidance of the Marriott Hotel brand standards. Complete with 142 European-inspired quest rooms, the AC Hotel also has a breakfast dining room, a lounge with a local flair, meeting rooms and a fitness center. Modular construction was used to complete the hotel and all of its features with a speedy market delivery.
